Kolhapur Golf Resort

PCD had been appointed by Sunshine Acres Pvt Ltd to Master Plan and detail design the residential / resort Nine Hole Golf Resort project on 100 Acres of land near Kolhapur (Maharashtra State) on land owned by the Menon family just Northeast of the city

The project includes a Club facility (pool, restaurant & activities) with accommodation on top, chalets overlooking the golf and the 9-hole golf course, Par 30 of 1,967 yards and a Golf Academy / Driving Range which is also a major function lawn. PCD Director Vincent Pinto has been overseeing the development of the project assisted by PCD Project Manager Purushottam Choudhary.

The project is opened as of the 29th of January 2023
