Haldi Golf County

This is a new PCD (Master Plan & Golf Course design) 18 hole / residential / resort, situated about 50Km north, from central Hyderabad, just off the National Highway 7. The project is being developed by Kancharla & Giridhari Homes Pvt Ltd a Joint Venture between the Dream Valley Group and Giridhari Homes.

The 255 Acres site sits alongside and overlooks the Haridra Nadi (River), giving the resort a wonderful ambience. Phase One includes nine holes of golf which is due to open mid November 2021, part of the proposed Hotel / Club (completed October 2022) & Resort, the Golf Academy (completed) and a partial release of residential villa plots (Roads and Services all completed). The first homes started construction in January 2022 with about 30 families ready to move in.

The Golf Course has been planned as a Par 72 / 6,720 yard layout which winds its way through the residential and resort with three holes running along the beautiful riverside.
