Lake City is a resort / residential development, 13 km on the outskirts of Lahore on approximately 2,104 acres of land. The project commenced in October 2005 and includes commercial zones, multi-storey accommodation and office space, mosques, residential villas, sporting, entertainment and shopping zones set among interconnected lakes and parkland.

As a centrepiece of the project a PCD designed 18 hole, Par 72 golf course of around 7,015 yards has been planned with Country Club, Golf Club and Golf Academy overlooking the 9th. &18th greens and the planned Hotel overlooking holes
2, 6 & 7.

The developer is Lake City Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd., a collaboration between some of the largest business & industrial groups of Pakistan. The concerned groups boast a combined annual turnover of US$ 1 billion and an employee strength of 50,000. The novel initiative to redefine the standards of living in Pakistan also has the secure backing of some of the most credible investment portfolios as well as patronage of concerned Government Agencies.

The Site Planners, Architects and Engineers for the project are Meinhardt Pakistan which is a part of the internationally renowned Meinhardt Group. PCD has worked with the Meinhardt Group in Australia, Vietnam and China on previous projects.
