Pacific Coast design were engaged by Beijing Jiudingxuan Peace Gym Club Co. Ltd. to master plan a new Par 72 18 hole golf course to international standards on the former Riviera Golf Club site.

The golf course has multiple teeing systems and is designed to present a great game of golf to golfers of all handicap ranges. Whilst it is a compact layout it does offer varied challenges by use of strategic bunkering and water hazards however the golf course is also designed to allow safer passages to the greens if desired by golfers.
